Two sizes. One formula.
IONDO 01 is a concentrate, not a drink. Pump it into a litre of water and mix well — the minerals go in without sugar, colour or flavour. Choose 100 ml for around 50 pumps, or 200 ml for around 125.

How it works

A measured pump
A pre-measured dose straight from the bottle. No scoops, no sachets, no guessing.
One litre of water
Add 1–2 pumps from the 100 ml bottle, or 2 pumps from the 200 ml, to 1 litre of water and mix well.
Every day
Up to 8 pumps per day from the 100 ml bottle, or up to 3 from the 200 ml. Approx. 50 and 125 pumps per bottle.
Per daily serving
Four electrolytes. Nothing else.
Figures shown are for the 100 ml bottle, whose daily serving is 3 pumps (6 ml). On the 200 ml bottle a daily serving is 8 pumps (12.8 ml) and provides 230 mg magnesium, 2,760 mg chloride, 681 mg potassium and 640 mg sodium. NRV is the Nutrient Reference Value for adults.
