Our science
Hydration is a mineral problem, not a water problem.
Drinking more water without replacing what you lose through sweat simply dilutes the electrolytes you have left. IONDO exists to fix the ratio, not the volume.
On the 100ml bottle a daily serving of 3 pumps delivers 300mg sodium, 319mg potassium, 108mg magnesium and 1,294mg chloride. On the 200ml bottle a daily serving of 8 pumps delivers 640mg sodium, 681mg potassium, 230mg magnesium and 2,760mg chloride. The magnesium, potassium and sodium all come from their chloride salts, alongside purified water and natural sea salt. That is the entire formula — five ingredients, four electrolytes, nothing added for taste.

Why a concentrate, not a powder
Powdered sticks have a problem: minerals at a meaningful dose taste sharply saline, so almost every brand adds sugar, stevia or citric acid to cover it. A liquid concentrate lets us dose properly and stay unflavoured — a pump or two into a litre of water, mixed well, and that is the whole ritual.
It also removes a daily wrapper from the waste stream. The 100ml bottle holds roughly fifty pumps and the 200ml roughly 125, in place of a stack of single-use sachets.
What we deliberately left out
No sugar. No artificial sweeteners. No colourings, no anti-caking agents, no maltodextrin bulking. The ingredient list on the back of the bottle reads in one breath: purified water, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, natural sea salt.
