It depends on the bottle. With the 100ml, add 1-2 pumps to 1 litre of water; a daily serving is 3 pumps (6ml) and you should not exceed 8 pumps a day. With the 200ml, add 2 pumps to 1 litre; a daily serving is 8 pumps (12.8ml) and you should not exceed 3 pumps a day. Always follow the label on the bottle you have.

It is unflavoured — there are no flavourings, sweeteners or acids in the formula. You may notice a faint mineral note if you look for it, which is what the minerals themselves taste like.

Minerals at a meaningful dose taste saline, so powders add sugar or sweeteners to mask it. A liquid lets us dose properly and stay unflavoured, and one bottle replaces a stack of single-use sachets.

A daily serving contains 300mg of sodium from the 100ml bottle, or 640mg from the 200ml. It is a food supplement rather than a medicine, and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Refrigeration is optional. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and consume within 12 months of opening.
